Vertigo refers to a particular type of dizziness that causes spinning sensations when your balance is off. Vertigo is often associated with imbalances in the inner ear balance mechanisms. Vertigo can be characterized by nausea, vomiting, spinning sensations, loss of balance, or sweating.
Vertigo
Vertigo is a symptom, not a disease. It can be caused by a variety of health conditions. Mild vertigo is normal and usually harmless. However, persistent and severe vertigo should be treated immediately. Vertigo was something I suffered for many years. I experienced nausea and headaches when suddenly I saw stars fly in front of my eyes. It would take hours for the pain to disappear.
I went to doctors to get it fixed. They sent me to the lab to run a series of tests, but nothing was found. Exercise: You will need to move here, lazy people. I used to be very lazy when it came to doing exercises, but I have noticed a decrease in the problem since I started moving more. I have been practicing physical therapy, which was described in a book about curing vertigo. I
Therapy
t has been the best therapy and has cured most of my vertigo as well as that “flying stars” headache. After doing this therapy, I feel relaxed and more energetic. It was also shown to my grandpa, who said that he had completely stopped suffering from headaches and neck pains since he began practicing it. When you experience vertigo, relax. Avoid any sudden movements. Vertigo can also be caused by tension in the muscles around your eyes, ears, and the body line that runs from the top your head to the pelvic bone. Relax and lie down in a comfortable place. Avoid stress and get enough sleep each night.
Take Note
Ginger and ginkgo biloba have been very helpful for me during a vertigo attack. Even though I no longer have vertigo, I still use them occasionally, especially in winter because I have very low bloodpressure. I make ginger tea every day, so I keep fresh ginger in my kitchen.
It is easy to make ginger tea: just add some ginger slices to a cup of boiling water and then add 1 or 2 teaspoons sugar or honey. Your diet is key to curing any health problem. Avoid caffeine, nicotine and drugs. I’ve been trying to reduce my consumption of caffeine at after-work parties and have been drinking more herbal teas instead of coffee.
Supplements
I used only to take vitamin C, but I now take vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and vitamin B3. Since I started taking these supplements, my skin has looked much better and is healthier. I have found these natural remedies to be very effective, especially the physical therapy. It also relieves my stiff shoulders, so I couldn’t be happier.
