    Can Isochronic Tones Manage Pain?

You will do anything to stop pain if you are in pain. Some people live with chronic pain as a daily part of their lives. While medication may temporarily dullen or stop the pain, prescription pain relievers can cause serious side effects if taken for long periods. Research has shown that isochronic stimuli can be an effective pain relief.

    Isochronic Tones

Isochronic tones are evenly spaced tones with a random frequency that can be turned on and off quickly. Isochronic tones are more effective in auditory entrainment because they elicit strong responses through the thalamus and have hypnotic properties. Isochronic tones can be compared to two clocks hanging side-by-side on a wall. Your brain will gradually adjust to the frequency of the tones as the clocks eventually synchronize to one another.

I don’t recommend that you stop taking your pain medication and start using isochronic tone instead. However, it may be more effective than using medications alone. Migraines are a problem for me. I am fortunate to be able to take over-the-counter medication for migraines to ease my pain. Unfortunately, I have not found a migraine medication that works.

    Good To Know

Sometimes it doesn’t take away the pain completely, but it can dull it. My husband discovered a website that offered isochronic downloads. He noticed a download for headaches while browsing the website. I got a migraine about a week later. I didn’t know that he had bought this isochronic ton for headaches. But he made me sit down and listen.

Although I was skeptical that it would work, I decided to give it a try as a joke. I didn’t take any pain relief yet, but I found that I could listen to the tones while still having time to take the medication before the pain escalated. After listening to the tones once, my migraine pain was reduced by half. I was so impressed by the results, I downloaded the second time. My migraine pain was gone by the time I finished the second download. We went back to the site again and bought a few more downloads. One was for pain because we both have backaches, pinched nerves and other aches and hurts that come with age.

How To Treat Headaches With Isochronic Tones?

    Keep in Mind

Please don’t be misunderstood. While they don’t cure, isochronic tones can help with pain. They can make it easier to sleep or function better throughout the day. The only problem I have had with the tones is that they are not always available when I need them. It is not recommended to listen to the tones while driving or using machinery because of their hypnotic nature. It is best to have isochronic tones playing in the background while you are home.

You can listen to them while you clean the house, surf the internet, or unwind after a long day. Listen to them, but not listen to them. It sounds confusing, but if you focus on the tones and not the music, they won’t work as well. You can also use isochronic tones for pain relief and fun. You can purchase tones for lucid dreams, manifestation, inner peace, as well as great tones for energy.
