Lumbago or backache can also be characterized by stiffness in the spine, pain in the neck and back, nausea, and other symptoms.

Treatments

  • Wheat: Mixing wheat with coriander and cuscus grass will provide relief from backache. First, boil 60 grams of wheat in water. Then, let it cool down and simmer for at least one night. The next morning, add 30 grams of cuscus grass to the mixture. The mixture of the three ingredients should be boiled in 250 ml milk until it is reduced to two-thirds. This mixture is beneficial for regular intake.
  • Garlic: Garlic cloves or garlic oil are another effective way to treat Lumbago. First, fry a few garlic cloves in 60ml mustard oil. Let it cool down before applying the oil to your back.
  • Regular exercise is important for treating Lumbago and backache. Regular exercise such as walking, cycling, swimming, and so on is essential. These activities will help you to stretch your muscles properly. Do not purchase weights that are too heavy.
  • If you have a job that requires you to sit for long periods of time, it is a good idea to take breaks and get up and walk around. It is important to sleep on a soft mattress. Avoid sleeping on your stomach and back. A pillow can be used to support your head.
