For migraine patients, light and healthy meals in small amounts are recommended.

    • The throbbing pain can be relieved by massaging the forehead with lemon rind or primrose oil.
    • You can avoid headaches by identifying the causes.
    • The most effective aromatherapy treatments for throbbing include those using sandalwood, lavender and eucalyptus oils.
    • Avoid direct sunlight, bright light, and loud noises as they can trigger the pain.
