Event Tickets Center announces its latest partnership with St. John’s University. This prestigious institution is located in New York and will become the Official Secondary Tickets Distribution partner of St. John’s Athletics. This is a major milestone for Event Tickets Center. It is the second partnership in sport ticketing that Event Tickets Center has secured this year.
St. John’s University is a university with a rich and long-standing history. It also has a large alumni community. St. John’s is known for both its academic excellence and athletic tradition. Event Tickets Center’s reach in the highly competitive New York market has been expanded with this breakthrough partnership.

St. John’s University men’s basketball is gearing up to have an exciting season in 2024-25 after an impressive 20-win campaign under Naismith hall of fame head coach Rick Pitino. The Red Storm will play nine non-conference games before entering BIG East play. Starting with a thrilling matchup against NCAA Tournament participant, and reigning Mountain West Champion, New Mexico, at Madison Square Garden, on Nov. 17.
Last season, St. John’s attracted its highest average attendance in over two decades, drawing over 10,000 fans per home game and over 160,000 fans attending games across three major venues – Madison Square Garden, Carnesecca Arena and UBS Arena. The Red Storm is looking to build on the momentum it has gained under Pitino and deliver a memorable season in its second season.
