My goal with any program I create for someone is extremely simple. It is to give the client the truth and reality about weight loss, or more specifically, fat loss. My passions and main pursuits have been exercise and healthy eating. I don’t have any ulterior motives or hidden agenda to convince or dissuade clients or readers. This was after over 5 years of research, development, production, and a lifetime of education and application. I’m not a guru and I don’t intend to be. For the TRUE! I will let my character, integrity, and honesty speak for themselves. It is real! So are my programs. Integrity is the foundation of my profession. I’m not the only person in the wellness, preventative, or health care industry to tell you that magazines are the most reliable source for information on nutrition, exercise, and fitness. However, this is not always true.
Let’s start!
Let me repeat it once more: you can’t believe everything you read. A large number of magazine publishers have supplement companies. Who would have thought? Strategically placing information about “new supplements breakthroughs” in an advertorial, rather than an editorial, makes it much more convincing. Magazines are the perfect medium for selling nutritional supplements and weight loss products. We can now witness and bear witness to the clever creation of the supplement catalog. In order to lose body fat, which is the primary goal of my clients and all weight loss consumers, it is essential that there be a daily caloric deficit. This is an essential component and must not be ignored. Simply put, you must burn more calories per day than you consume. You can create a calorie deficit in three ways.
Take Note
- The first is to reduce your caloric intake and increase your exercise. Or, you can separate them.
- By increasing the calories you burn each day
- by decreasing the calories you eat daily.
The first method is the easiest and most effective. However, of the two components involved in calorie expenditure, it is superior and undoubtedly the most efficient. It is important to maintain muscle mass and burn fat. You should not do any exercise or starve yourself. This slows down metabolism and hinders the ability of lean mass to be maintained. You can burn fat and establish a caloric deficit with exercise. The most common approach to fat-loss is incorrect and erroneous. Excessive low caloric intake!
Weight Loss
This causes an instant “weight loss” You will lose lean-mass as well as water. If you want to lose body fat, why would you want lean-mass? This is where ‘efficient metabolism’ comes from. You can’t. It is physically impossible to lose weight for a prolonged time by starving yourself. This is a mistake because the human body, which works in accord with the human mind, is simply too intelligent to be true. You will actually starve your muscle if you try to lose fat. Because muscle is the source of your metabolism, it is also the main element of your ‘prospective efficient metabolism.
Muscle is not only a more efficient fuel source but also your body’s preferred fuel source when starvation is invoked. There is! This is the most important point. Your body will try to conserve energy by going into starvation mode. This can cause your fat loss to slow down or even stop altogether. This is a fact! Kurt, you still believe conservation is good. Again, the answer is incorrect! It is not relevant to human physiological or metabolic function. And if I give, I will receive! This LAW governs your body and metabolism. Lance Armstrong is the man with the lowest resting heart beat of any living person. WHY? Because he is an expert in spending! So can you! It’s not always the best thing!
