Cluster headache attacks last between 2 and 2 months, while migraine headaches occur 2-8 times per month. Lacrimation is a clinical symptom that presents as pain around the eyes.

This is more common in migraine than in cluster headache. Migraine headaches can cause nausea and vomiting with a 85% chance, but cluster headaches have a 2-5% chance.
