A beautiful, lustrous head of hair is a dream that everyone wants. However, losing it can have a significant impact on self-esteem. Women regard hair as an integral part of their beauty and a source of pride. Men, on the other hand, view their mane as a sign of their masculinity.

Hair Loss

Hair loss is a cosmetic concern and is not an essential function organ of the body. This concern can cause anxiety and tension in people enough to make them mad. Keratin is the dead cell layer of hair. There are many hair follicles in the scalp. The papilla is the soft upgrowth of these follicles. A group of cells called papilla produce a special protein called keratin. Keratin needs to be nourished and hydrated for healthy hair growth.

Home Remedies

Home remedies have been used for hair loss treatment since ancient times. These methods are still widely used to improve hair health.

  • Gently massage the scalp with an egg yolk. Leave it on for about half an hour, then wash it off. This will give your hair shine and decrease hair loss.
  • Applying henna, basil, or powdered Indian gooseberry leaves to your hair with two teaspoonfuls of lime juice will increase its growth and give it a sheen black colour.
  • Regular scalp massage with almond oil increases blood circulation, which leads to hair growth.
  • This problem can be treated with coconut oil or coconut milk.
  • Make a decoction with rosemary leaves in water and keep it in the fridge. This decoction can be used to rinse the hair every day.
  • Use a mixture of two teaspoonfuls of olive oil and rosemary, along with the juice of one lemon (and one egg yolk) on the hair roots. After half an hour, wash it off.
  • Boil a few pieces of Indian gooseberry in half a cup of coconut oil. Allow it to cool and then apply the mixture to the scalp. This is a great way to reduce hair loss.
  • Boil some Geranium leaves that have been blanched and scented in boiling water. After it cools, strain it and wash your hair with it. This is a great remedy for hair loss.
